Main Research Topics

水系鋅離子電池

  1. 水系鋅離子電池
    水系鋅離子電池所使用的電解質以水溶液作為基底並提高電池的安全性。

  2. 氧化鉬陰極
    透過釩的摻雜誘發氧空缺來促進其電化學性能。

半導體

  1. 異質結構憶阻器
    建立PtTe2/2H-MoTe2異質結構，來增強憶阻器效果。

  2. 二維材料相控制
    相控制獲得1T’/2H MoTe2 異質結構並應用於可變電阻式記憶體。

​陶瓷材料

​

  1. 超高溫陶瓷材料
    以溶膠凝膠法製備陶瓷粉末前驅物，並搭配火花電漿燒結技術合成超高溫陶瓷材料。​

靜電紡絲

  1. 絕熱
    以 ZrO2/SiO2 奈米纖維製成氣凝膠，達成近似氣體的絕熱效果。​

  2. 輻射冷卻
    以 PS、PVDF 奈米纖維薄膜以零耗能方式達成降溫。
